Contractor will provide the tasks in agreement with Client timeline and work schedule.
1. Preparation ahead, during and end of sessions
2. Facilitation of sessions and meetings 1:1 over Zoom or in person
3. Create documents and website as per any package
Rescheduling sessions
We understand that life happens. The following applies to rescheduling:
– You must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session
– Any rescheduled session must take place within 3 weeks of the original session date
– Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be counted as delivered unless the circumstances are exceptional, at our discretion
If we need to reschedule
We will always aim to keep sessions as scheduled. If we need to reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date within 2 weeks of the original. In exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency), this may not always be possible, and we appreciate your understanding.
Changes and revisions
The price at the beginning of this contract is based on time investment estimated to complete all tasks in scope of work. If Client wishes to change arrangement by adding in services, this is on condition of agreement of rates and additional scope of work between Client and Contractor.
Dates for sessions can be re-arranged within a one week period. However, failure to attend sessions is a missed session and cannot be rescheduled.
Legal
Contractor will apply due diligence to all work; however, in the unlikely event of an error will not be liable to Client or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages.
If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, voice, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The work agreed between Contractor and Client in this contract is contained between both parties.
Contractor takes responsibility for the work agreed in this contract, and does not take responsibility for any other work carried out by additional contractors on the project (if relevant).
Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy
Your data is stored via Dubsado (CRM), Google Drive (materials and recordings), and Zoom (session delivery).
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact abi@abisea.co.uk to exercise these rights.
Copyright
Client will own the copyright for all materials, recordings, findings created throughout this agreement, and Contractor can showcase samples works from this project as portfolio pieces only with consent & approval from Client.
Social Media Marketing
From time to time, Contractor will share positive stories, experiences and examples of work with Client – We will always request permission prior to this.
Payment
Payment terms for invoice is on receipt (or maximum 7 days from date of invoice).
No booking is confirmed until payment has been completed.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance.
